“Tech for Peace” is platform to develop a youth network between top university clubs and students in Bangladesh. The network will activate and engage students to safeguard them from violent activities. In the first phase, the network members will be taken through a journey where they will be able to build apps / digital solutions to solve problems that hinders to make a peaceful society, specially terrorism.
There will be a bootcamps and hackdays in universities where students will be able to show their creativity to build apps for peaceful Bangladesh. Mentors, experts from Police, BTRC, ICT DIvision, Google Developers are expected to guide them in the journey. Top 3 winner team from each university will fight in main Gala event. From the gala top 3 will be chosen to incubate for 3 months to work closely with partners.
